You don’t need your own dragon to lay eggs, you can make your own with a styrofoam egg, some left over nail polish and thumb tacks! A super simple and fun project for Easter.
What You Need:
Styrofoam eggs in different sizes
A flat piece of styrofoam
Nail polish – I used pink, green, gold, and some sparkly ones too
Thumbtacks
1. First place all your thumbtacks into a flat piece of styrofoam, and then paint with nail polish. You may need a couple of coats, but make sure the nail polish is dry before you add another coat.
2. Now, starting at the base of the egg, start placing in your thumbtacks. Layer each thumbtack so you don’t see the styrofoam underneath.
3. Keep going until you’ve covered the whole egg.
And you’re all done! Display in a bowl.
